Where is Crystal Beach residence?
Crystal Beach residence is in Saint-François, Guadeloupe, on the island of Grande-Terre, alongside Raisins Clairs beach. Its location makes it easy to combine days by the water with outings to explore the town and surrounding area.
The three-hectare grounds are home to palm trees and tropical plants. Enjoy breakfast on your terrace, walk through the gardens to the beach, and return to your apartment after a day of exploring.

Raisins Clairs
Walk straight to the beach from the residence
One of Crystal Beach’s main attractions is its direct access to Raisins Clairs beach. A walk by the water, a break on the sand or a quiet moment overlooking the lagoon can easily become part of your day, without needing to drive to the beach each time.
The residence is by the sea, but views vary between properties. Our one-bedroom apartment has sea and pool views, while our two-bedroom apartment opens onto the tropical gardens. Browse each apartment’s photographs to choose the setting that suits you.
Before swimming, check the conditions and signs on site. Sea conditions and occasional sargassum seaweed arrivals can vary during your stay.

Two swimming pools to enjoy on holiday
Between visits to the beach, enjoy the residence’s shared swimming pools. They offer another way to relax in the tropical gardens.
The 80 m² main swimming pool
Cool off and enjoy a relaxing moment with family or friends. Surrounded by palm trees, the main pool is a lovely place to pause before getting on with your day’s plans… or letting them wait a little longer.
The 35 m² children’s pool
Younger guests have a pool with shaded areas for family games and swimming, under their parents’ supervision. Please follow the pool rules and access conditions displayed at the residence.

Each of our two apartments has its own private parking space. A car gives you more freedom to organise outings around Grande-Terre and explore other parts of Guadeloupe.

The residence has two swimming pools: an 80 m² main pool and a 35 m² children’s pool with shaded areas. Children must remain under their parents’ supervision.
Do all apartments have sea views?
Views depend on the apartment. Our LM Crystal Beach one-bedroom apartment has sea and pool views. Our Dany Caraïbes two-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor, overlooking the tropical gardens.
Is there parking, and are shops nearby?
Each of our two apartments has its own private parking space. Nearby shops, a bakery and restaurants make it easy to organise meals during your stay.
How can I book an apartment at the residence?

Are the apartments suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
